The purpose of this position is to ensure the Service Delivery department provides successfula) Implementation and management of Qatar Rail?s asset management system .b) Development and Implementation of Data Governance framework and demonstrate value to the business.Responsible for coordinating and implementing the asset management system design configuration with the external Implementation Team from the external provider and integrating all the tools that interface with the asset management system.Responsible for resolving all the configuration and implementation issues and interfaces with external tools.Responsible for liaising with the End Operators, both Rail and FM Operator to ensure that that all new processes required by the operators are configured into the asset management system in a manner that is compatible with Qatar Rail Standards.Work in conjunction with other AM Experts to ensure consistency of asset and technical processes.Coordinate all interfaces, configuration and system design ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted.Ensuring communication and consultation with other AM experts and external stakeholders so that implementation and configuration issues are resolved.Ensure the user business requirements are adequately covered in system design.? Develops and implements data governance policies and procedures to improve the asset management system? Custodian on the reporting of all data governance.? Perform assessments necessary to plan and design the asset management system.? Works in conjunction with the Service Provider and various stakeholders to ensure data governance practices are harmonized throughout the organization.? Lead management of the Service Provider?s development and implementation of an asset management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 55001 standard.Provides training and education on data governance and with the ISO 55001 standard best practices.? Provides guidance and support in maintaining compliance with the ISO 55001 standard.? Manages and expedites all asset management issues relating to the asset management system and other interfacing systems.? Ensures integrity of asset and engineering data.? Works in conjunction with other AM experts to ensure consistency of asset and technical processes.? Coordinates any changes to the asset management system ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted while assessing change requests from the Service Provider.? Develop and review of required AM system documentation and asset data standards for asset management in conjunction and consultation with other stakeholders.? Ensures communication and consultation with other experts and external stakeholders so that Asset Management Plans that are generated for the assets can be implemented across Networks as far as practically feasible.
