We deliver rail, transit, road, and highway transportation; water conveyance and wastewater treatment; oil and gas; land development; public; and aviation infrastructure to our customers and communities.Parsons creates interconnected communities and world-class infrastructure.Duties and Responsibilities:The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of Asset Analyst are as listed below: * Provide support for asset managers in leases and setting up and maintaining Lease Profiles and Rent Rolls, and preparing and revising letters of intent* Responsible for engaging and managing third-party vendors when acquiring new assets* Responsible for the monthly reviews of operating reports, and monitors budget* Undertake the development and maintenance of underwriting models for several development projects* Responsible for managing asset management files and records* Provides assistance in the review and analysis of operator provided annual budgets, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and revenue assumptions* Provide assistance in the quarterly reforecast of budgets, including revenue assumptions, operating expenses, and capital expenditures* Prepare and present asset management and disposition related summaries to the Client* Monitors NOI, expense and other variances through monthly and quarterly reporting, and summarizes findings to the ClientSkillsQualifications:* Bachelors Degree in Engineering* MME Registered* Minimum of 15 years of postgraduate experience, 10 years of which are experience on large infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
