Job Description

The Art Director will report directly to the Creative Director and assist in overseeing the creative output quality of the team. The Art Director will be managing and developing strategic projects, simultaneously developing client presentations.The Art Director shall have the ability to execute unique and impactful artwork, as well as guiding, assisting and mentor designers.Responsibilities:

  • Delivering conceptual work of the highest creative standard
  • Developing a clear understanding of the proposal and highlighting and pre-empt issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring that consistent and effective communications take place across the project team.
  • Developing client presentations
  • Working closely with designers and other senior members to help develop and nurture the creative studio and creative standards.
  • Undertaking project leader responsibilities (including creative, administrative and presentation within the brief)
  • Provide effective direction at photoshoots
  • Effectively check and approve work that requires production
  • Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time
  • Manage challenging situations internally
