Preparation of detail design master copy and reporting related issues to concerned Engineers.
To follow OBE CAD standards for preparation of detail drawings.
To follow the project program for the detailing stage and the timeline of the project.
Prepare revised drawings as per architects? instructions and local authority requirements.
Revise and register drawing revisions at all stages of the project.
Prepare drawings for Dubai Municipality submission as per instructions from the project coordinator.
Revise drawings as per comments from quality control unit.
Follow filing and archiving systems.
Should make Project Site visit for discussions & measurements
Should collect the necessary data and details from the Client before commencing the project
Should have detailed understanding of specifications for making Shop Drawings.
Analyze the project needs and should plan accordingly
Should be able to make quantity survey for Materials
Engineering calculations must be made for exact requirements
Should be able to prepare shop drawings from the provided drawing details in AutoCAD
Internal Co-ordinate with Management for Drawings & Revision
Should have experience in architectural finishing works.
Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements, as necessary.
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architects supervision.
