The Architect will join the Development Team of our world renowned leading quick service restaurant company, in overseeing all interior and exterior building designs across the Qatar market. This impactful individual will develop, curate, evolve, and communicate the architectural brand standards in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of designers and engineers.? Play the necessary role in all aspects of the projects, or events from site selection and feasibility studies to construction observation and project closeout procedures? Liaising with management and facilitating the all-design technical drawings, plans, materials selections and fit outs detailed requirements? Architects and interior designers oversee buildings, renovation projects, or events venues from beginning to end??Assists in the development and national execution of the architectural brand standards for all new construction and remodel projects??Coordinates new design and material pilot testing across multi-disciplinary teams??Troubleshoot design and construction issues with construction teams nationwide??Design development through digital rendering and modeling??Project management for design initiatives
