Positions Summary:

To support treasury and cash management operations and helps develop and improve strategies to maximise efficiencies, minimise costs.
To manage annual cash budgets and forecasts.
Cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship.
Continuous improvement of the treasury department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle and ensuring safety of cash, cheques, PDCs and grantees.
Making cash payments to suppliers, online transfers, and credit card payments.
Receiving cash sales invoices from the stores.
Depositing cash and submitting invoices along with deposit slip to the Accounts department.
Visiting banks to arrange funds and handle other bank related issues.
Providing technical support related to treasury function.
