Job Description

Our Holding company is currently looking for a?Recruitment Specialist - Arabic nationality?to join our Recruitment team in identifying hiring needs for White & Blue Collar job openings. Candidates must have valid Transferable Qatar ID and can join immediately.Role:

  • The responsibilities of a Recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, job portals, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years Recruitment experience with recruitment processes
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Knowledge on Qatar Labor law
  • The ability to source competent candidate as per requirements
  • Able to Handle Overseas Bulk Recruitment for Blue Collars & filling up White Collars vacancies.
