Main Purpose of the Role:Application management for Information Technology systems, providing L1 and L2 support for applications and systems.Key Responsibility Areas:? Providing 24 X 7 1st level and 2nd level support for all banking applications including Teller system, Card System, Clearing, Treasury & Trading systems.? Providing 1st level, 2nd level support to Investment and Treasury systems? Coordinating with 2nd & 3rd level support for troubleshooting of major issues? Vendor coordination for new developments, issues & fixes? Performing preventive maintenance activities on core applications? Strong Capability to help end users and business in reporting to regulatory by providing the necessary reports.? Supporting BCP & Disaster Recovery activitiesData and servers monitoring of treasury and Investment and troubleshooting? Extending support for new implementations and projects? Work independently and with the team to understand project requirements, existing implementations and build or maintain the technical aspects of Treasury and Investment systems including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, optimization and development of business requirements.?
