Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking talented experienced Application Engineer to join our team. The Application Engineer will be responsible provide technical support to our sales and CRM teams. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise, combined with a solid understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our applications within the sales and customer relationship management functions.Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions to support their activities in the automotive industry.
  • Serve as a technical expert and point of contact for sales and CRM-related queries, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of our applications within the existing sales and CRM systems, ensuring smooth functionality and data synchronization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of the sales and CRM teams.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the applications in alignment with sales and CRM objectives.
  • Provide training and documentation to the sales and CRM teams on the effective usage of the applications, features, and functionalities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in sales, CRM, and automotive technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as clients or automotive partners, to understand their technical requirements and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools or platforms that can enhance sales and CRM capabilities within the automotive industry.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, functionality, and availability of our websites and mobile applications.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely technical support for website and mobile application-related issues.
