To provide support on all Airfreight operational duties through generation of invoices, data entry, supporting of orders from both local and overseas suppliers, and tending to customer inquiries.ResponsibilitiesContact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for import & export shipmentContact and cooperate with overseas agent for shipment arrangement.Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.Monitoring shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance.Complete job file to generate financial result of the shipment in time line.Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.Provide additional services above and beyond the call of dutiesTo be able to deal with overseas offices with clear communication.To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.Minimum 3 years' experience in Airfreight forwarding and Air Freight planning with Logistics field preferred.Self-motivated, creative, energetic and hard-workingGood analytical, interpersonal & communication skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.Minimum 3 years' experience in Airfreight forwarding and Air Freight planning with Logistics field preferred.Self-motivated, creative, energetic and hard-workingGood analytical, interpersonal & communication skillsGood command of written and spoken English
