ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Preparing daily activities including: Customs clearance documents, data entry for customs requirements , preparing delivery orders and coordinating the pickup and delivery of cargo.2. Receiving, reviewing, and processing import / export documentation for an assigned base of accounts.3. Processing documents through the system and interface and providing updates? to produce timely and compliant transactions.4. Coordinating the release of goods from the carrier, Customs or other governmental agency examinations that may be required.5. Tracing key transaction information such as HBL, commercial invoice, and other required documents to determine if record is available.6. knowing and applying? all regulations & provisions set by the Qatari customs authority.?7. Must have valid Qatari customs clearing license8. Drafting letters , applying for permissions to various bodies?9. Working with steamship line /airlines/trucking companies to handle the movement of freight.10. Developing and maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers.11. Preparing a daily status report for all shipments in hand.12. Handling the clearing operation files from A to Z.
