The Elaboration of the monthly/yearly Financials in compliance with the International Accounting Standards( IAS),
The Elaboration of a Monthly Reporting Tool (MRT) in compliance with the Group Companies Policies for consolidation purpose,
The Elaboration of the annual master budget of the company as well as the sub-budgets for all the departments and divisions,??
The Departmental Variance Analysis and Performance Evaluation through the comparison of the actual results to the budget,
The Preparation of the yearly financial presentation?to the board of directors
The certification of the yearly accounts by the external auditors,
The compliance of the financial reports with the requirements of the internal Audit Department,
The Elaboration of Specific Managerial Reports and profitability studies required by the Management.
Carrying out any additional duties that the management assigns within the scope of the department.
Preparing the monthly/yearly IFRS and MRT (20%)
Annual Budget Preparation (20%)
Analyzing the variances between Budget & Actual and communicate the feedback to the concerned parties in order to take corrective actions (20%)
Communicate with the Group Reporting team and provide all the required data and necessary explanations of the financial reports (15%)
Preparing required Managerial reports (20%)
Annual Financial Presentation to the Board (5%)
