Job Description

Hi All,Greeting from People Dynamics! We are a Qatar?sleading Manpower service and HR Solution provider, Looking forAccountant (Payable & Receivable) for one of our Group Company.I am writing to check if you would be interested to pursue this opportunity.

  1. Accounts Payable Accountant:
  • Recording, Maintaining and Reconciling of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, petty cash, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintaining historical records
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance and maintain relationships.
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports as requested by management.
  • Continuing to improve the payment process
  • Performing any additional assignment given by management
  • SAP Experience
  • 4 years work experience as AP accountant
  1. Accounts Receivable Accountant:
  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports as requested by management
  • Performing any additional assignment given by management
  • SAP Experience
  • 4 years work experience as AR accountant
*NOC Required*Salary Range is QR 6000 (Total Package)
