Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in the Landscape & Irrigation / Agriculture industry. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.Job Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.- Manage and reconcile bank statements and other accounts, making sure all transactions are recorded accurately.- Perform monthly and year-end closing procedures.- Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements when necessary.- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure all required documentation is provided.- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
