Account Payable:Assist Payable Accountant in preparing local supplier payments & advance payments.Receiving invoices & other payable related documents.Preparing local supplier payments.Preparing leave settlement payments.Prepare pending PO report on monthly basis.Raising, posting & printing purchase orders.Receiving invoices and other Finance related documents.Data Entry :Invoices entry in system.Verify posting of the invoicesRaising, posting and printing Purchase orders.Prepare pending PO reports on monthly basisCoordination: Coordination with department for documents and related work.
