Job Description

About usSierraOne builds state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision software. Our mission is to streamline day-to-day company activities and provide insight using AI and Computer Vision.Our flag-ship attendance management system is used all across Qatar with 1000?s of users in just a few months. We are looking for someone to join our Sales efforts to scale our product. This person will lead the complete sales process and all the customer specific activities.Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to create and develop a customer account platform.
  • Focus on lead generation & development through different channels (cold calling, customer visits, and market research).
  • Lead customer stakeholder meetings in coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage customer relationships through strategic account development.
  • Lead after-sales service and support in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and execute upon a sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken Arabic & English.
  • Fluent written English.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • Solid understanding of the Middle Eastern market.
  • Basic ability to use MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint).
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Bonus
  • Good grasp of complex technology systems.
  • Prior experience in IT Sales.
Must be currently based in Qatar. Sponsorship transfer is available but not necessary, as preferred by candidate.
