Install spoilers, towbars, side panels, mirror covers and other automotive accessories.
Apply personalization items as requested by customers via sales.
Perform ceramic, paint protection film (PPF) application and window tinting.
Make sure parts to be removed prior PPF installation & usage of mandatory tools.
Carry out the service in accordance with the direction and specification of the manufacturer with usage of recommended tools.
Assist in technical installations and troubleshooting of accessory installations.
Collaborate with technical team to ensure seamless integration of accessories.
Ensure all installations meet the company?s quality standards and customer specifications.
Conduct final inspections to verify the quality and functionality if installed accessories.
. Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on accessory options.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to any installation related issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations]
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time taken.
Report any issues or defects identified during installations to the line managers
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
