Job Description

Overview of the role:After sales service of Air-conditioners, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Cookers, Etc.What you will do:-Description of Accountability:

  • Independently handle service calls of AC & Home appliance products
  • Complete the service calls within the set time frame as per job allotted from service centre
  • Maintain all the tools and equipment in perfect working condition
  • Maintain high standard in providing quality service to the customers
  • Higher proportion of job completion at site
  • Correctly account for all the parts and materials consumed
Independently carry out maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of Air-conditioners, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Cookers, Etc.
