Job Description

Objectives: Our client, one of the largest exhibition companies in KSA, is looking for a Wedding Planner to join their team in Dhahran. The main responsibility of this position is to manage weddings at Dhahran?s venue and in other venues in the Kingdom as well.Responsibilities:

  • Handle all the wedding activities with ease from deciding on a theme to managing all the preparations.
  • Coordinating with the clients to identify their requirements and suggest creative ideas and inspirations accordingly.
  • Liaise with the vendors to source the required materials.
  • Handle all transportation and logistics activities materials.
  • Maintain a calendar with all the wedding schedules and accordingly provide a timeline.
  • Wedding planner should be energetic to help clients achieve their ultimate wedding experience.
  • Discuss and plan wedding theme, venue setup and other requirements with clients.
  • Discuss budget and undertake all wedding preparations within the set budget.
  • Review wedding expenses and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Plan itinerary for the wedding day function and other ceremonies.
  • Maintain a proper schedule of all wedding festivities.
  • Book venue for the wedding date and other ceremonies.
  • Assist the bride for dress fittings and venue walk rehearsals.
  • Advise clients on different wedding packages.
  • Prepare and maintain wedding guest list.
  • Design and print wedding invitations.
  • Monitor on-site activities.
  • Coordinate with other service providers like photographers, caterers, make-up artist for efficient planning decorator, musicians, other service providers and execution.
  • Liaise with different vendors and suppliers and negotiate contract terms.
  • Provide creative input in terms of decor and music to clients.
  • Coordinate dance performances and conducting rehearsal dinner.
  • Handle all logistics duties.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors and ensuring timely payment.
  • Arrange transport to the wedding venues and other facilities for the guests.
  • Create and communicate an appropriate timeline for all the wedding activities.
  • Ensure all wedding supplies are transported to the venue in a timely manner.
