Job Description

Project Reporting Coordinator (FETA) ? NEOM GHEPosition SummaryAir Products, along with its joint venture partners are developing a world-scale green hydrogen production facility powered by renewable electricity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to produce Green Hydrogen. As the Project Reporting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly project status reports.
  • Ensuring construction teams provide progress data in a timely manner.
  • Provide and demonstrate a positive commitment to right first-time reporting.
  • Participate in weekly project reviews meetings
  • Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas, validate forecasts, and communicate those quickly to key stakeholders. Assist project team in development of action plans to avoid cost & schedule overruns
  • Working closely with the project team, client, sub-consultants, and main contractors
  • Monitor and control project compliance in respect of the project?s contractual obligations and Air Products procedural requirements.
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits related to project controls, cost, and SOX compliance.
