We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operations of our company.Job Overview: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, including managing personnel, equipment, materials, and finances. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Condition Monitoring and Industrial Services and Project industry, and will be able to provide leadership and guidance to our team to ensure we are delivering high-quality services to our clients. This is a senior management role that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for winning new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor the companys financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Manage personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure they are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to personnel to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients and other external stakeholders to discuss project requirements, progress, and outcomes.
