Perform analysis and configuration in SAP SD module, specifically in areas of order to cash process, billing, and pricing
Consult with other team members on configuration design questions and analysis
Participate in all project stages with accountability for eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements and documenting functional designs
Resolve complex business requirements
Create a testing strategy and ensure all functionality is tested prior to production deployment
Work closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of the project throughout the change and release process
Provide the appropriate level of communication to Digital Technology and business team members and stakeholders in support of the project or work
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful completion of project deliverables
Participate in an on-call support rotation, triage and troubleshoot incidents to ensure they are resolved within agreed to service level timeframes
