Job Description

To monitor & ensure the stable operation of the company?s IT Infrastructure which includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring & supporting Office, Call Center and Data Center Servers, CPU?s, Storage, Cloud Solutions, Office-365, Print and file server and other infrastructure components. To manage & control the smooth implementation of new technologies relevant to the business needs. Assist in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center/server and network rooms.Experience:

  • 10+ years? Experience in server management in hybrid model ( on-premise and cloud).
  • High level of work experience in Office-365, SAP Basis, Back-up solution (Tivoli, Symantec)
  • Proven record of having successful implementation of windows AD environment and sync with other 3rd party systems.
  • Exposure to handle data centre operation
  • Procurement of right hardware and software with high efficiency & cost savings
  • Experience in handling large infra projects.
  • Administration of domain names, SSL certificate, web portal and control panels of ISP?s.
  • Implementation of DR facility & Back-up policy
  • Handling external audit program for server management & data centre operation
  • WAN Optimization, Data Centre Operations (MPLS/VPN).
  • Hands on experience working with New Generation server technology
  • Contract & vendor management
  • Working knowledge of Linux (Any OS flavour), VMware, AIX, SAN, NAS and EMC switches.
  • Hands on experience of wireless and wired LAN and WAN technology
  • Hands on experience of cloud computing (office 365 , Aws , MS Azure)
  • Trouble shooting server, desktop, workgroup related computers.
  • Software inventory & audit management
