  • Develop & manage the automated triggered lifecycle, and ad hoc email campaigns to continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention of employers
  • Launch a referral program for employers
  • Work with the CRM team to improve the CRM data capture process to ensure we have all the necessary inputs to predict customer churn
  • Own the end-to-end management of all emails, SMS, app pushes, and on-site campaigns, and other retention programs ? this includes strategy, campaign setup, content, reporting, and daily monitoring
  • Work with the product team to ensure cross-selling touchpoints are integrated for Bayt active clients (onsite and in client communication)
  • Participate in offer generation - ideation and design
  • Owns customer journey maps end to end.
