Main Duties and Functions: - Managing and building business in various countries in South Asia.- Achieving the top line targets for these countries.- Managing distributors locally in the assigned countries.- Understanding respective legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for export / import, Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the assigned countries.- Launch of new products.- Responsible for coverage and prescription generation from health care practitioners.- Managing and developing key opinion leaders.- Responsible for planning sales targets and incentives.- Coordinating with the marketing team in terms of execution of strategies.- Responsible for identifying training needs for the sales and medical channel team members.
