Wellbore Intervention Technical Support EngineerAre you experienced Fishing and Wellbore Intervention personnel looking for a new opportunityCan you ensure the efficiency of technical supportJoin our Completions & Wellbore Intervention TeamWe are the leader in well construction and production. Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and increase reservoir value. Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers on well operations to ensure clients receive optimal capacity and value.Partner with the bestAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will ensure that we efficiently support the post-sales customer issue. Youll oversee the repairs is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working.As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries.
  • Conducting mechanical inspections and using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
  • Aiding in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts.
  • Being familiar with the clients process for compliance/escalation to ensure that the proper process is followed.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Have at least 6+ years relevant experience in well intervention with 2+ years of hands-on field experiences.
  • Familiar with casing exits/whipstocks (Hydraulic & mechanical), and Big Hole Conventional Fishing
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a result, oriented mindset, have the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Be confident, flexible, adaptable, and work efficiently under stress when required.
