Job Description

Training Coordinator (Saudi National) Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of training programs for Saudi local nationals,ÿaligned with company needs and government regulations.
  • Plan and manage student intake,ÿincluding needs assessment,ÿrecruitment,ÿselection,ÿand enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with training institutes and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor student progress through regular visits to training institutes and communication with instructors.
  • Prepare comprehensive training reports using the CSMART system,ÿanalyzing data and recommending improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant training regulations and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.
  • Support other HR initiatives related to training and development.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a training coordination role,ÿpreferably within the oil and gas sector or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating training programs.
  • Strong experience in selecting bulk students for training programs.
  • Experience in preparing training contracts and agreements.
  • Proficiency in using the CSMART system for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,ÿwith the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English,
