Job Description

We are currently looking for a Store Keeper to work for our client in the IT Solutions field. He/She is a crucial member of the logistics back office, interacting with various departments to establish connections between internal and external customers. They handle warehouse distribution, inventory counting, and logistics operations in SAP, ensuring smooth flow of goods and materials.ÿJob Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies
  • Store materials and supplies according to established procedures
  • Record and track inventory in the companys system
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of discrepancies or shortagesPerform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of records
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage facility
  • Prepare and package materials for shipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Follow safety procedures while handling materials and operating equipment
  • Import/export inventory reports and share with relevant departments
  • Close inventory audit gaps/findings
  • Maintain faulty parts inventory and scrap based on procedure
  • Coordinate with couriers and customs for shipments
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
