This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the organizations manufacturing and supply chain strategies, objectives, initiatives and policies. This role will champion the Fulfillment, HSE, Productivity, Lean and Quality for the plant.As a Senior Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
• Conducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex long term planning activities and/or complex long term sales processes with high degrees of customization.
• Handling very complex manufacturing processes.Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production
• Managing direct staff on their selection, training and development of plant supervisory and administrative roles
• Leading a big manufacturing unit. Unit consistent of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor degree in a manufacturing/business/engineering subject
• Have 10+ years to 15+ years in engineering and Product Manufacturing.
• Have 5+ years of leading a manufacturing plant
• Proven track record of success in implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Have knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedure
• Proven leadership skills .
• Team player/builder and a driver of value-added results.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control and program management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence others and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong internal and external communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to energize and develop all levels of the organization.
• A Global mindset.
• Have experience in expanding plant sites preferred
