Sales RepresentativeJob Location : DammamResponsibilities:?Attend the sales branch and deal with walk-in customers?Retain relationships with old customers?Plan and coordinate with other salesmen to bring in new customers and projects?Coordinate with inventory and production staff to deliver and produce material on a timely manner?Issue invoices and other documentation for internal and customer use?Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations?Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions?Monitor market trends and competitor activities?Participate in sales meetings and training programs?Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives?Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of products and services?Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques?Make presentations on monthly meetings with critical analysis on how to improve sales?Have new product knowledge and recommend new productsRequirements:?Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic?Strong organizational and time-management skills?Ability to work independently and as part of a team?Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably SAP software?Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles?Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively?Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
