Safety ManagerJob Location : DammamDescription :?There will be a need to prepare documentation for RFQ and Business bids within the Petrochem sectors, therefore document writing is an essential skill.?Ensure compliance against, legal, Health and Safety procedures / checks and act on issues as necessary in order to ensure that any issues are identified, rectified reported and a safe and legally compliant environment is operated at all times.?On a weekly and periodic basis, collate, monitor and report on all safety related incidents and prepare actions to remedy safety critical issues.?Work collaboratively with the department Managers to ensure that all safety issues are dealt with in a speedy manner, liaising with and updating the Operations Manager on anything that may affect business.?Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders in order to gather feedback and key information to enhance operational safety and proactively identify and mitigate any current or future potential issues.?Lead all new safety related activities to ensure departments deliver or exceed required KPIs, work with Clients delivering Safety Campaigns.?Daily Briefing to be conducted with the Operations Manager to discuss previous days actions taken/required.Requirements:?Candidate must have 5 Years experience within a logistics setting and have full English spoken and written abilities.
