Innovating in the energy industry, we are industry-leading.Partner with the bestAs a Quality Leader, you will ensure we align with quality requirements. You will be integral in verifying that our products meet quality standardsAs a Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning, managing and monitoring quality related programs and activities as required within their site, covering all processes within the site.
  • Leading process improvement and Lean Six Sigma project initiatives negotiate and work with external vendors on process improvement initiatives as required.
  • Creating effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
  • Driving quick and effective closure of any assigned CIRs, Audit Findings, RCAs/NCAs, and CAPA cases.
  • Driving customer interventions, developing Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and initiate/drive corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs) within the site.
  • Owning the sites Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions covering all processes within the site.
  • Working with the customers to gain real-time Voice of Customer. Implementing Net Promoter Score mentality and driving improvements in customer satisfaction.
  • Focusing and driving projects to reduce the business Cost of Quality (COQ).
  • Providing all necessary QA support including provision of standardized and effective ITPs and Quality plans for all tenders and projects.
  • Managing technical and regulatory compliance efforts within the site.
  • Managing Quality resources within the site to ensure each product line and function is adequately covered.
  • Performing other duties as required/requested by their manager.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in Functional Management.
  • Be able to ensure all customer reports are issued and resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Have a good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
  • Have Pressure Control Equipment experience (Wellhead and Christmas Trees) as well as experience in ISO9001:2015, API Q1, and API 6A.
  • Have exposure to Aramco 45-SAMSS-005.
