We believe in business excellence and through innovative manufacturing technologies, we offer the best products at competitive prices to our customers.An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad Global Packing Company for Operator, Offline Based in Dammam and will report directly toSupervisor slitting.About the role:Shift Operator is responsible in executing efficient Production operation thru skillfull machine operation and strict monitoring of machine conditions to meet specified product quality and meet production plans.You will be responsible to:

• Responsible in operating Extruder machines as required on the operation procedure.
• Resposible in monitoring and recording Extruder parameters during production run.
• Responsible in reporting all abnormalities related to Extruder machines and its auxillaries to immediate superior.
• Acts as the focal point of Line operation to meet product quality and daily production output target.
• Maintains personal uniforms and safety PPEs in accordance with corporate / departmental standards.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Responsible in operating Bagging machines and its auxilliaries as required on the operation procedure.
• Responsible in recording daily packed outputs during production run.
• Responsible in reporting all abnormalities related to Bagging machines and its auxillaries to immediate superior.
• Ensures all packed materials are conforming to required Finished Goods handling standards.
• Receives and verifies issued packaging materials needed for daily production.
• Maintains personal uniforms and safety PPEs in accordance with corporate / departmental standards.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Responsible in Raw material handling as required on the operation procedure.
• Responsible in recording Raw material preparation and loading activities during production run.
• Responsible in reporting all abnormalities related to Raw Material handling equipments and its auxillaries to immediate superior.
• Receives and verifies issued raw materials needed for daily production.
• Maintains personal uniforms and safety PPEs in accordance with corporate / departmental standards.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

About You:Minimum Qualification: Technical diplomaMinimum Experience: 1-2 years experienceRequired Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willing to work in Shifting schedules.
