Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad Company for Operator, Online Based in Dammam. About the role:To operate and run BOPP Plant trouble free and deliver product conforming to Predefined Quality Standards. You will be responsible to:

  • Report to Shift In charge.
  • Handing/Taking Over of Charge at the Start/End of shift.
  • Do good housekeeping of Film Line area.
  • Check with any abnormal noise/temperature/Leakage/Vibration in the machine.
  • Check parameters in control room.
  • Do threading from cast to winder, and operating all machines, when needed.
  • Spindle change/unloading & tagging of mill roll.
  • Check winding condition of Mill Roll i.e. slackness, high edge, loose winding, slipping, hard winding etc.
  • Visually inspect film for spots, scratches, and lines.
  • Check trim blade condition regularly and change accordingly.
  • Check oil/water pressure and temperature at different locations in film line section.
  • Provide the sample of mill Roll to RD&C Laboratory during grade change or plant start up or when mill roll is changed.
  • Ensure proper take out of material from main, left, right hoppers and silos, when required.
  • Ensure the cleaning of main hopper during grade change.
  • Stack all the mill rolls in the storage rack in the same order as instructed by Quality Assurance officer.
  • Perform any additional job assigned by seniors.
About You:Minimum Qualification:Diploma Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Similar discipline. Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience on the same field.
Required Skills:
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Communication skills.
