Job Description

Job General Overview:Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations. Collaborate with other managers to optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive business growth. Manage the service team, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to Control optimizing processes, improving service quality.Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the operational activities, including service departments, inventory management, quality control, and maintenance technicians.
  2. Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of car care services by coordinating with the service manager and other relevant personnel.
  3. Establish and maintain quality standards for car care services, perform regular inspections, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with the inventory manager to ensure an adequate supply of car care products, detailing supplies, and necessary equipment.
  5. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, detailers, and other operational staff members. Provide guidance, performance feedback, and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  6. Continuously assess operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
  7. Monitor customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Work closely with the customer service department to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Implement and maintain health and safety measures in the workplace.
  9. Collaborate with other managers and departments, such as sales and marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational strategies with broader company objectives.
  10. Assist in budget planning and control operational expenses to meet financial targets.
  11. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory manager to ensure an adequate supply of detailing products, protective coatings, vinyl wraps, and necessary equipment for service operations.
Job Requirements:
  1. Academic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experiences: At least 4 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or car care industry.
  3. Languages Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written).
