Job Description

• Ensure the development of a strategic and operational plan for factories to control productivity.
• Ensure that the planned and agreed upon objectives, whether quantitative or qualitative, are achieved efficiently in terms of effort, cost and time.
• Ensure efficient coordination, follow-up and reports that support performance tracking, either through technology or manually
• Ensure the provision of appropriate support and facilitation to all of his subordinates through enabling (enabling) by giving disciplined powers and by providing resources and through moral and material stimulation (energizing) based on the reward and appreciation system approved by the company.
• Ensure the safety and security of all assets under his management and responsibility.
• Ensuring the quality of the coordination, synergy, & integration task between quality management and all factory departments, based on appreciation, respect and mutual support (mutual respect, trust, & support).
• Ensure achieving the organizational structure and institutionalizing work in factories and cooperating to achieve the same requirement at the company level through the following:

1. Training and personal qualification for factory employees on the approved rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
2. Ensure a high level of personal compliance and compliance with all factory employees with approved regulations, policies and procedures.
3. Ensure a high level of cooperation and integration with the Audit and Control Department in relation to auditing the application of regulations and procedures and continuous correction.
4. Ensure the development of KSAs, whether on the personal or the factory level, through the development of work knowledge and on-the-job training to improve operational skills and confront and challenge unwanted behaviors and challenges.
5. Ensure second grade building in factories by building and providing every critical technical job alternative.

• Ensuring the preservation of the companys reputation from his workplace and improving the mental image of the company, both with the various external parties and among the companys employees.
• Ensuring efficiency in his work and the work of factory employees (ability to prioritize: A - B - C etc.) and personal efficiency and efficiency of factory employees (time of delivery of work, effort and cost) in carrying out all the following tasks and technical files assigned to him:

1. Directs the import inspection activities to implement the inspection plans for the incoming raw materials in accordance with the standard specifications, and take into account compliance with the specified standards for acceptance and rejection.
2. Follow up the implementation of quality control programs at work sites (checkpoints), and follow-up on quality commitment in implementing international standards and standards for specifications to the final product
3. Follow up on the periodic inspection work on raw materials stores and ensure effective control over the quality of raw materials stock.
4. Supervises the implementation of approved programs to inspect finished products, reviews periodic reports on the results of product inspection work, takes the necessary measures to treat quality problems, and submits daily reports to the General Director of Factories.
5. Follow up the work of controlling the quality of operations, reviews the applied statistical control programs, and adopts the appropriate adjustments thereof.
6. It monitors compliance with target rates of rejections and re-start rates, plans and monitors activities to correct deviations and works to reduce these rates.
7. Ensure the implementation of periodic inspection programs on the stored products and ensure their compliance with the specifications.
8. Reviews quality plans and measurement guides and follows up on their implementation. It also coordinates the use of quality inspection tools and devices. Verifies that the necessary tools and equipment are in good condition to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the control and inspection work
9. It monitors product quality reports according to the required specifications, and makes sure of the safety and accuracy of corrective measures in the event of deviations in product specifications.
10. Reviews customers complaints reports and follows up on corrective measures related to them, as well as reviews returns reports and directs workers under his supervision to the necessary steps to treat their causes and ensure that they are not repeated.
