This is done by ensuring flawless Service Delivery execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.As a Lead Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the operations with the service team and engaging with the operations staff from the customer end.
• Coordinating the operations forecast and assuring readiness of the needed tools, equipment and personnel.
• Working with the quality, inventory and service teams to assure all consumables, tools and equipment are available and sufficient to run smooth operations.
• Managing the service teams movement to and from workshop to field.
• Assuring Pre-job briefing and working with the service manager to other coordinators to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
• Reviewing the engineers reports and assure high quality reports and work with the engineers for on-time submission.
• Overseeing team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelors degree in the industrial or technical field.
• Have 5 years of experience within Wellhead and Christmas Tree installations, maintenance and repair services.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of field experience.
• Have interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures.
• Have leadership experience and capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines.
• Have experience in running all Surface pressure control equipment.
• Have experience Working on conventional wellhead, Mudline hangers system.
• Have experience Working on FMH system, multi bowls, BPV & VR lubricator, split & slab valves, and Christmas Trees.
