IT ManagerRequirements/Qualification:?Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master?s degree is a plus.?Proven experience + 10 years as an IT Manager or in a similar managerial role.?Strong technical knowledge in areas such as network infrastructure, system administration, cybersecurity, and IT support.?Strong technical skills in areas like Cisco, Unifi, Azure, Office 365, endpoint security, Pfsense, and NAS.?Familiarity with cloud servers, virtualization technologies, and ERP systems.?Proficient in the use of enterprise-level hardware, software, and networking technologies.?Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance.?Excellent leadership and team management skills.?Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.?Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.?Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.?Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are highly desirable.?Strong communication skills.?Fluent in English.Location : Dammam
