HSE ManagerJob Location : DammamRequirements :?Bachelor degree or equivalent.?Holding a current approval as project safety manager in construction.?Minimum 15 year professional experience. 5 year in construction safety.?Fluent in oral and written English language and good communicator.?With excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.?Detail oriented, good decision maker, responsive, and resourceful.Description:?Responsible for overall project safety compliance in accordance with the contracts and project requirements?Supervises the HSE functions/activities of a project or its parts.?Supports the Project Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Safety matters.?Assesses the implementation of the Safety Plan on and off the site.?Ensure safety personnel to the various areas of site activity.?Screen project sites before work commences, identifying safety-related risks.?Inspect active project sites to evaluate ongoing work conditions to guarantee safety compliance.?Work with project management teams and field workers to implement and device solutions to safety-related issues on project sites.?Train project workforce on safe work practices and emergency procedures.?Represent Company in meetings with government bodies and other organizations on issues regarding workplace health and safety.
