Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance to ensure the capacity and value of the well is maximized to its full potential.Partner with the bestAs the Fishing Supervisor for Wellbore Interventions (WBI) services, you will supervise and be accountable for the execution of the operational site activity and for compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Running jobs in multiple applications in assigned primary product line in the Wellbore Construction Product Group
  • Applying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groups
  • Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
  • Using experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality
  • Monitoring and trouble shoots on Wellbore Construction issues in the district.
  • Conducting all activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance and Baker Hughes Core values
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have prior working experience in Wellbore Interventions (Fishing, WS, WBCU & TT)
  • Have experience working offshore & Land Rigs
  • Have a minimum of 12 years of in Fishing, Whipstock HYD Mech & Wellbore cleanup tools)
  • Have knowledge of Fishing & WS techniques and drilling/work overring operations
  • Have the ability to work and communicate well with others
