Partner with the bestAs a Filtration Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:.Supervising Fluids Environmental Services (FES) mobilization, operations and demobilization of FES equipment .Troubleshooting equipment and preparing daily reports.Performing on the job maintenance, and ordering equipment and supplies.Supervising Field Service Operators during service delivery.. Attending all required safety meetings and conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in filtration operations
  • Have a diploma or higher (two year technical degree preferred)
  • Have onshore and offshore experience
  • Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills
  • Have sufficient knowledge and experience in Solid Control Equipment and Running Mud Shearing Units
  • Be proficient in MS Office and have excellent computer skills
