Estimator / Quantity SurveyorsJob Location : DammamRequirements :?experienced in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation specially in Oil & Gas.?Min graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with min 5yrs GCC experience, preferably Saudi Arabia-Familiar with both American and British standards and specifications?Experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Bid preparation and Technical proposal preparation?Knowledge in Primavera/ Microsoft Projects?Able to study all contract clause, knowledge in change order preparation, claims, preparation of sub-contract agreements and schedules.?Able to make material submittals, sending enquiries to suppliers and sub-contractors, preparing comparative costs, rate analysis and preparation of orders.?Excellent knowledge of English, hardworking and able to come to Saudi Arabia at short notice.
