Construction ManagerJob Location : DammamRequirements :?SWCC Or NWC Background Only?Bachelor degree in engineering.?Technical expertise in the field of pipeline construction.?Minimum 15 year professional experience. 10 year in construction projects. 5 year experience in pipeline project as construction manager or at least completed one (1) EPC/LSPB pipeline project as construction manager.?Fluent in oral and written English language, and good communicator.?With excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.?Detail oriented, good decision maker, responsive, flexible, and resourceful.?Over-all in-charge of the site from mobilization to handover.?Responsible for the implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, commissioning of the project in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.?Oversee and direct day-to-day construction activities in a safe and quality manner.?Participation in technical reviews as required.?Manage and ensure project schedule and work plan are being followed.?Ensure resource availability and allocation.?Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.?Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire construction execution.?Define clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.?Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification of work instructions.?Adhere to Client and In-house Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the workforce.?Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
