Employment: Full Time DESCRIPTIONAMS/Helpbit is a cost-saving organization for the Egypt consumer business. Its scope for Egypt is c-returns and reduction of financial losses from liquidations. The scope in Egypt is split across three functions:C-returns: a product management function that owning the entire c-returns experience for Souq.com Egypt. This functions primary purpose is to determine the c-returns policies and to simplify the c-returns experience. This function helps customers with returning products. Supply Chain and Reverse logistics processes: this team manages the entire lifecycle of a c-return that covers processes and policies; Liquidations: this function owns the end-to-end process of inventory liquidation, including running day-to-day operations and negotiating liquidation rates with 3P liquidators with the goal of maximizing recovery rates.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES. Adhere to strict safety and quality standardsRegular attendance and punctualityProcess inbound shipments (pick product, print packing slip, load outbound product to liquidator/Vendor)Provide daily feedback to process owners with root cause analysisPerform needed cycle counts and / or relocate product virtually and physicallyIn the absence of leadership be able to be self-directed. Check physical items condition (grading) for each unit and Perform quality control process according to brand, disassemble any unit for having a doubt of originality / refurbish / fake.. Prepare liquidation batches. REQUIREMENTS: BASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalentExperience with inventory, containers, and all tools used to move product throughout the warehouseMS Word, Excel and Outlook experienceAble to lift up to 25 kgs with or without reasonable accommodationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong written and oral communication skillsAnalytical aptitude & driveDetail orientedAble to work independently and within a team
