In collaboration with the line manager and under his supervision, the Tours Operator/Representative will handle the following tasks:? Doing quotation for requested tours.? Operation work for tours, such as quotations, reservations, coordination with tour guides, drivers, etc and follow up of existing tours.? Represent the tour company to its guests and meet and greet them.? Communicating with customers, being able to answer their questions or direct them to other team members who can serve them.? Performing other duties as assigned by the Management Team.?
