Implement and oversee production of all plant varieties to meet production forecasts.? Train and supervise tissue culture production employees for micropropagation different stages starting offshoots initiation, buds multiplication, rooting, and acclimatization.? Implement company protocols for micropropagation and adhere to consultants instructions.? Deliver daily progress to management and consultants.? Provide high quality production to meet customers expectation.? Follow-up on equipment maintenance schedules including laminar flow hoods, autoclaves, washing machines and all other equipment.?
