Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing Medicare s infrastructure (server HW, Microsoft windows server OS, Microsoft Exchange server, E-mail gateway, security systems, communication devices ...etc)? Design and install servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories and storage in order to maintain the required standards? Repair and recover from hardware and software failures to define the root cause of sudden failures and resolve them effectively? Installing and administrating virtual machines using virtualization technologies especially VMware and Hyper-V? Responsible for managing multi-authentication systems & VPN, WAN and telecommunication systems? Develop and implement the IT security and ensure that appropriate IT security systems and procedures are in place to protect the privacy and integrity of the company s information system? Monitor system backup procedures, perform system repairs and update software operating systems? Maintain data center environment and monitor equipment to ensure its constant and optimum functional, efficient performance, conduct inspections on power and cooling systems to ensure they are operational and efficient? Pro-actively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability? Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with other IT team to implement those fixes? Implement new projects and share in system design, develop a local area network, install and configure software, creating and managing user and group accounts, analyzing and optimizing system performance, troubleshooting system? Provide training sessions for end users, investigate and resolves routine hardware and communications problems.? Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve tickets to ensure continuous workflow and instant resolution of issued ticketsjob requirementsMore than 7 yearsBachelor's Degree at leastHealthcare and Medical Services
