Duties & Responsibilities:? Provide Installation and Configuration of various products and technologies, including but not limited to Unix/Linux OS, Oracle Engineered Systems, Sun/Oracle Servers, Storage, Networking, SAN/NAS, Backup/Recovery, Virtualization and High Availability Complex Environments.? Provide onsite and remote technical support to Linux-Plus customers.? Respond to and resolve customer issues within key performance indicator targets.? Conducting onsite system audits and preventive maintenance.? Properly document product issues and enhancement requests (bugs).? Create and maintain knowledge management content through accurately maintaining documentation for security policies, systems failures and its solutions, operational procedures and systems logs..? Developing hardware and software installation plans.? Provide customer or partner coaching and training for Linux-Plus inside or outside Egypt.? Work closely with Pre-Sales, Partners and Technical Escalation groups on most complex problems.
