- Apply project management methodologies to deliver cost-effective, high-quality, budget-compliant projects- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative- Draft and develop communication plans and materials in order to inform and educate Talent & Transformation practitioners and leaders- Create enablement and education materials in support of our offerings- Partner with marketing, operations, finance, HR and other functional teams and practitioners to drive Talent & Transformation priorities- Play an important role in the formation of the deal/tiger team to drive sales for Talent & Transformation- Work on client projects and ensure service excellence is the key focus.
