Under the supervision of the National Council for Women (NCW) and guidance of the UN Women Communications office, the consultant will carry out the following activities to generate specific deliverables:? Provide technical assistance and support in planning and communicating NCW messages to the public and stakeholders nationally and internationally;? Provide consultation and technical advice on the establishment of the NCW editing and documentation unit, its workflow and work plan;? Provide continuous on job training and support to the media and communication department in NCW;? Provide strategic advice on the media platform and website of NCW;? Support NCW in writing media press releases and media messages and interviews to be communicated nationally and internationally;? Provide technical advice on NCW media plan, publishing time and other media related tasks;? Support in disseminating NCW messages and news through-out media networks.
